When working with a new customer we provide a free consultation where we collect as much information as we can to be able to provide you with an accurate quote. After that, we will send you a proposal along with a copy of our terms and conditions, if you decide you would like to move forward you can 'accept' and digitally sign the proposal, which is also an agreement to the attached terms and conditions. Once that is done we get working on your case!
